FRANCHISING PROCESS

Submit the initial franchise requirements.
- Letter of Intent (LOI)
- Location Map of Proposed Site and Floor Plan
The preferred site will be evaluated and validated within three (3) weeks.
Undergo the screening process with Tokyo Tokyo Franchising Department.
Applicants will be informed three (3) weeks after the screening process if they passed and the site is approved.
Once approved, go to Tokyo Tokyo Head Office for the contract signing of Franchise and Management Agreement along with the franchise payment

Investment: Starts at 14 Million

Minimum Area Requirement:

Floor Area of 90-150 square meters for Mall Stores

INCLUSIONS:

Store Construction
Furniture and Equipment
Operating Fund
Training of personnel
Pre-opening requirement

FRANCHISE FEE: Php 1.4 Million

OTHER FEES:

Royalty Fee: 5% of Sales
Advertising Fee: 4% of Sales
Management Fee: 2.5% of Sales

FRANCHISE TERM: 10 years

ESTIMATED PAYBACK: 5 years
